Hey, we’re Sammie & Fell.

We’re both FIFO workers, originally from New Zealand, now working in the Pilbara in iron ore. Between us, we’ve done years of long rosters, night shifts, missed birthdays, and sacrificed more time than we’d like to admit.

Mining gave us a lot. It taught us how to work hard, how to be tough, and how to keep showing up. But after a while, we started asking ourselves a bigger question:

“Is this it?”

Work, home, sleep, repeat with just enough time off to reset and do it all over again .

That question led us here.

We found a way to start building something outside of work. Something we could grow in our own time, something that gave us more control. We didn’t have a background in business. We just knew we didn’t want to be stuck in a cycle that kept us away from the people and moments that mattered most.

So we gave it a go. We committed. We learned. We backed ourselves.

And now? We’re building a future with more freedom and more time, not just for us, but for the people we love.

It’s not always easy, but we’re proof that when you’re willing to learn, show up, and step outside that comfort zone, a better way really is possible.
